Apprentices can select one of the following paralegal specialisms: Conveyancing or Wills & Executries or Criminal Litigation or Civil Litigation (Reparation).
Required content
This includes the essential professional skills and knowledge required in paralegal practice (client relations, compliance, professional communication, legal drafting, the Standards, legal research etc) and a good knowledge of the Scottish legal system.
