Scotia Law Training's Paralegal Modern Apprenticeship qualification is nationally awarded by the SQA and Skills for Justice. It is part of the government Modern Apprenticeship scheme. Scotia's additional paralegal specialist modules complete and complement the training.

The Apprenticeship is recognised under the Law Society of Scotland Accredited Paralegal scheme.
